A review cycle is a performance period, such as H1 2026, with the people being reviewed, the review deadlines and how scores are weighted. Performance is under More → Performance.
Create an objective template (optional)
A template is a reusable set of objectives and their weightage, so every cycle doesn't start from scratch.
- Open Performance → Templates and select Create Template.
- Basic Info: a name and description.
- Objectives & Weightage: select Add Objective for each, with its weight.
- Review & Activate: select Create Template.
