Performance dashboard
Performance → Dashboard shows how a review cycle is going. Choose a cycle under Select Review Cycle, or see all of them.
- Objective Progress: how far each key objective has come.
- Goals Distribution: how many goals sit under each objective.
- Leading Objective: the objective furthest ahead.
- Objective Performance Details: every objective in one table.
Performance reports
Performance reports: participation and results by department
Performance → Reports gives the full picture for a cycle. Choose the cycle at the top. Export CSV and Export Excel download the current view.

Filter by department, manager, employee, status or review type. Select a person to see their overall score, goal progress, self appraisal, manager review and a breakdown by objective.
Tip
Use the Appraisals tab near a deadline to see who still has reviews to finish.
